With his breadth of experience, Harland has shown a keen interest in helping the building industry to conform with current building standards and regulations considering climate, safety, and environment.
Ali holds a longstanding experience and corporate track record in his field developing a renowned reputation with the likes of BESc (Civil), MESc (Civil), MBA, GradDip (Building Surveying), MIEAust, CPEng, NER, RPEQ Registered Structural Engineer NSW, Registered Structural Engineer Victoria and PHD candidacy credentials.
In recent years, Ali has been involved in carrying out research, investigations and testing to reduce the issue of creaking noises within walls and ceiling systems, largely found in high rise buildings.
Javad is a Chartered Member of Engineers Australia and the National Engineering Register (CPEng NER). He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Sharif University of Technology in Iran, and a Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, USA. Javad’s research focuses on resilient and sustainable structures and infrastructure, where he has made significant contributions across various industries.
Nicole started her professional life as a commercial lawyer but for the past 15 years, she has worked as an academic at Australian Universities. Nicole has led a number of research projects on topics including, building defects, fire safety, conflicts of interest, and developer governance responsibilities.
His areas of technical expertise, include structural dynamics and vibration, architectural and building acoustics, building services, acoustics and vibration control, industrial noise, ground vibration and structure-borne noise, acoustics and vibration monitoring including signal analysis. With success across residential, defence, commercial, education, community, environmental and research facilities.
Pablo is fluent in English and Spanish and holds a white Card and Rail Industry Worker (RIW).
